how can all staff be allowed to have a break at the same time leaving patients awaiting help for toilet break.. should not be so!!! Needs a quite room for those who are not suffering so they can have a bit of peace and quiet!!

One of the worst care homes i have ever seen its goes from the management of the company to the staffs who sometimes are bound not to do any thing about the activities been carried out. the management treat there staffs as slaves in such a way that it does affect the kind of care and activities been carried out. been a staff .....
