I have had good experiences with this train station before, however the last time I visited the ticket booth attendant for the car park dismissed me from entering the car park in an extremely rude manner. Despite having checked national rail and the merseyrail websites to see that there were no scheduled closures and that the trains were running to Liverpool, when I arrived I was yelled at to "Check the website" and that "no trains were running until 3" as if I were ignorant. The attitude of this attendant would be enough to prevent me returning to the station.

First time here in years. Won't be rushing back!
All the drinks we asked for with no ice, came with ice. The one ordered with ice, came without.
The broccoli was really tough, the beef was chewy and flavourless. Really disappointed.
