Absolute disgusting customer service.nMy partner asked for a bigger jacket potato and how fresh the cake was, which they considered rude, as a result, on the following day they refused to serve my partner the egg in a sausage, egg and bacon sandwich. I’m absolutely appalled at how they could take offence over asking about their produce items and refuse to serve items as punishment for asking perfectly normal questions. If you can’t handle customer questions regarding food they purchase and consume in this day and age, you’re in the wrong business.nSeems like this place has a real vendetta against customers they don’t like, if such offends them I’d be cautious of what they’re doing to your food if your face doesn’t fit or you ask for more toppings!nDeep rooted issues, bizarre and baffling. Stay away.nnUpdate: Just called the shop and spoke to Lynn the manager I’m not one for unfair or unjust reviews and I can absolutely say she has no idea how to converse. It’s laughable as I’ve never experienced anything like this in my whole life. Very defensive, extremely unhelpful, did not like being questioned so she put the phone down. Shockingly bad.nnEnjoy at your peril!
Superb sandwiches and other delicatessen. Owners are really kind and and polite. One good recommendation: multiseed brown bread and coronation chicken....really worth a try ¡¡¡ keep doing like that.
Great place to grab a nice breakfast baguette and other freshly made sandwiches. If you would like fried eggs, pay them a visit before 10am. On my next working visit to St John's school I will be going back again. Staff were great and easy going. Thank you
Great food...great value...lovely people...
My favourite place to grab a fantastic lunch. Fresh baguettes, vegetarian and vegan fillings and cakes/pastries. Lovely coffee/tea to go. Open all day.nLovely selection of soft cold drinks and packets of sweets - and not just for the kids either!!
