After waiting well over half an hour with no sign of our food we were shocked to see food arriving for other customers that had arrived after us. Shocking considering there were only 3 groups of customers including us. We then had to listen to the staff having a very heated argument clearly regarding the order of food coming out. When we asked a server where our food was he shrugged it off as "they are cooking a big load of food now, so I'm sure yours will be in that." We then had to hear one of the staff using appalling swear words whilst still bickering with the chefs. Considering we had our 5 year old granddaughter with us this was disgraceful. We instantly put our coats on and left and certainly will not be going back to this awful place again.

Disgusting. Crispy fried beef was soggy and so tough that it had to be cut with a steak knife. Paid extra for egg fried rice, which had no egg in it. 'Dragon Fire' was the only thing edible, but it was tasteless and the only meat was a couple of lumps of gristly beef. A little expensive if the food were any good. What I received was utterly worthless. Edit Got food poisoning.

Our food arrived stone cold. The chow mein was undercooked. The staff were Ryde and unhelpful. When I asked for a refund they said not unless they could have the food back...we had already played it up so couldn't... what is the owner going to do with it? Reheat and cook it!? Buzzy wok is better by far!

My wife and I visited this restaurant to celebrate Chinese New Year. What a disappointment, waiting staff were friendly but there seemed to be friction between them and the chef. Service was poor and the food probably the worst Chinese we have had in a long time. I had finished my main course before my wife's arrived. We gave up on the side dish - which didn't arrive - eventually asking for the food to be packed in take away dishes and left. Poor service and over priced food, avoid.
