Recently had my entire house fitted with white venetian blinds, wooden at the front and aluminium at the back with perfect fit blinds at the patio doors. They look fabulous! I love them! One of the blinds in my bedroom needs to be adjusted as it twists when you close it but they're coming out to sort that in the new year, which was no problem to arrange. I had to wait 4 weeks for fitting from ordering but that seems to be pretty standard. They were a bit more expensive than another company I received a quote from, by around £150 - after a 5% NHS discount, but they were able to provide exactly what I wanted, which the other company couldn't, and their salesman was very friendly and helpful, hence I went with them. The fitter was lovely too, a very nice gentleman. Overall I'm very pleased and would recommend them.
Spoke to a member of staff at the sunderland, Fawcett Street store . Very rude and unhelpful . Feel this member of staff needs extra training on the products the company she is working for are selling . As what I asked for she'd never heard of, but three other blind companies in sunderland had !!
I’ve bought all of my blinds from here for years always been happy with service but my recent purchase was awful, ordered and was told 3 wks for delivery and fitting I constantly phoned after 4 wks to ask when blind was coming but was ignored now 7 wks later I’ve been told fabric is out of stock I must have been informed sooner I’ve been told nothing, now they have blind 8 wks later and want to fit it I’ve said I don’t want blind some rude woman contacted me to say she finds it hard to believe I’ve never been notified !! Everytime I tried to ask a question she butted in and said huh huh yes huh huh totally rude I’ve asked for refund I will never use homeflair again
Not impressed with Homeflair at all. I requested the draw strings be on the left as I can't access the right side, this was agreed to at the time of measuring, when he has fitted them today they're on the right. Also, when paying for fitting, you expect all rubbish to be take away, instead theyve just dumped the cardboard all over the house.
The blind fitters were very punctual and courteous, they observed covid 19 protocol. I am happy to recommend Homefair Blinds to my Family and Friends.

The guy who Fitted the blinds, was lovely, but found the staff in the shop unhelpful & felt they didn't want to serve us, as we only needed to order 3 blinds. So two stars due to the poor customer service,
i have been to collect new blind came bk for chain and the girls jan and karen are so helpfull iv been using them for blinds for years jv recommended family and friends
It's a great place to visit its has a great range of Blinds available for any home or flats there have amazing views too
Well worth the money good material and look lovely
