I ordered Annabelle chairs yesterday from Haringey Store, called the store this morning to ask few questions about the quality and if they had many returns on these.nnRosemary, answered the phone and was very professional and helpful. She went above and beyond to deal with my concerns, I got her to check history of returns for the item also, she must be commended for her service ethics.nnIf you could pass this onto to the store manager please and if there are ‘awards’ in place I would like to nominate rosemary for making a difference going above and beyond in delivering exceptional service.nnMany thanksnnRegards
It has changed a lot in a negative way. Visiting this place in the past you are able to find what you need and available. Now it is over packed with numerous things that is overwhelming and pointless. It is a big warehouse with different displays of items. There is no staff available to customers. You have to go to cashier or customer service area to inquire about a product. The whole concept needs to change and make it a customer friendly environment.
Usually has most of what you need for DIY from paint to tools to gardening needs. You can order online if needed. The staff that you do encounter have been friendly and helpful.nIf not in a hurry shop around as you could find cheaper elsewhere.nReason for 3 stars is because of the lack of staff.
They say they close at 8PM but at 7PM there is no one to mix paint. They rudely tell you to come back the following day. No apologies...they need training on customer service, or a manager, because they seem to be headless.
Happy with my products but not the customer service. I ordered via click and collect. Called ahead to check if my brother could collect on my behalf, if I sent him pics of my ID via Whatsapp to show. I was told this would not be possible. Would have been easier for me, as my brother lives close to the store, whereas I'm an hours drive away, my local store did not have stock So I had to go in person, surprise surprise.....ID was not requested or checked!
