Excellent value and service. Our over-the-range microwave broke down and the big box warehouse stores don’t have any in stock anymore. We have to order online and wait 2 weeks for delivery. Alvin was able to get us one and picked it up in 3 days.

I can't recommend Ourr Home and Appliances enough. We were told about them and I visited, not knowing what to expect. After looking around at all major appliance companies in London, nothing compared. Vince and staff were amazing to work with, honest with their pricing better than any other store, and communication was excellent. I am doing a large renovation in our home and wanted only brand new appliances. Vince delivered on this, saving me nearly $2,000 as I purchased 5 appliances from him. Yes - they sell scratch and dent, but they also carry all brand new items as well. This is an unsolicited review and just my honest opinion. Too often reviews only come from those with negative experiences and I felt it was worth me sharing my positive experience.

Vince is great and his prices are unbeatable. We priced out similar packages from big box stores and saved 4k going with Vince.  Also, all of our appliances were new in box you can also get scratch/dented if you want. Not sure how he does it but do yourself a favour and at least check out his showroom.

Purchased a dishwasher, Vince was great to go over the different models they had, and answered all my questions. Once I was ready to purchase, everything went quickly, and I was able to have it delivered and installed the same day. Great customer service.

Our dryer had broke down in the middle of a cycle. We have a baby and a toddler so it was crucial that we had a dryer replaced that day. I came across this store online and my husband are so glad that we did. We were met with kindness and professionalism. They had multiple dryers available for pickup immediately. We were extremely satisfied with the products and the prices. The guys gave us a very competitive price on a brand new dryer still in its packaging. Thank you for being so efficient for our family needs. I would highly recommend this store for all of your appliance needs.

I recently visited this scratch and dent store and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The staff was incredibly unfriendly and seemed more interested in making a sale than helping me find what I needed. They kept insisting that I would save money if I spent more, but the math just didn't add up. When I tried to ask questions, they talked down to me in a condescending manner, making me feel like I was wasting their time. Overall, I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for scratch and dent appliances. The staff's behaviour was unprofessional and made for a very unpleasant shopping experience. What I would recommend doing is checking out Lowes down the street if you are in the London area or if you don’t mind a drive checking out the Stoney creek location.

Thank you to Vince for excellent service I needed a dishwasher and was unable for health reasons to go into the store. He was patient and able to not only provide a great price but also to arrange same day installation by Stanley and his assistant and he too was professional and went above and beyond and did a great job. Thank you to all for your great customer service. Highly recommend and very much appreciate.

We was very impressed with the service we received from Vince. His customer service was exemplary. Their prices were reasonable. Before just selling us any washer/dryer sets, Vince asked us a few questions to ascertain our needs. I would recommend  them to whoever needs great service. I never knew this store existed. A quick Google search led me here. Professional and excellent service from Dan. Dan helped me find exactly what I needed and also measured multiple refrigerators. No pressure on sales at all. Vince was a pleasure to deal with as well. Great prices and a great selection. Best thing is, what you see is what they have. Home Depot is over a month on ordering any appliances. I will definitely be back!
