It's a charity so I won't give less than a 3 star, but honestly this shop is always a mess. The staff are not very friendly. There's another NLH charity shop is Palmers Green: far better run. I know the people are different in different areas, but there are a bunch of charity shops in Wood green and they manage to both be well presented and friendly. NLH need to improve.
