A very cheerful 'Good Morning' by a newer lady this morning. A very welcome change and it would be lovely if this could be adopted by the staff that have been there a while. It makes you feel like they care. This lady also popped the compost in my car and was polite and helpful. She is a credit to the store indeed.

Had the product I wanted...in the back, on the top shelf.. no fork lift driver to get it down..item can't be reserved, collection only! I'll buy elsewhere then!
