Never have enough staff on the tills. Management seems to think customers instead what someone standing at the door doing nothing to “welcome” them. I live next door and order my stuff on line rather than have to go in there. Anyway they’ve been taken over by Westfarmers who will either give this tired shop a shake up or shut it down.

Well, the staff were very friendly but it took 20mins for staff to come and mix some paint. It was very entertaining.

Quite good stock here now, better than it used to be, prices are OK, not many staff on the till's though, a pleasant place to shop though.

Consistently we regret going in. Some staff try their best, but others are always sour faced. There are always issues with stock availability, nothing ever turns out to be simple. From selling knobs that don't come with the fitting screws (and they don't sell them individually), skirting boards not matching from one month to the next, putting reserved (and paid for) stock out on shelves, not having the bases for the dulux mixing machine, empty sections, broken items... Every trip is a new adventure in frustration. Just stick to Amazon and Screwfix and save yourself the misery. The sooner someone puts this place down the better.
