It's a good place to visit for DIY / home accessories etc flat pack storage etc however like alot of stores it's moved everything around and now I'm confused where to find the items I wanted to look at but clean tidy soacious
Lots of choice . Has everything you need to repair and refurbish your home and make it your own. Very happy with our purchase and reasonably priced as well. Would definitely recommend this place
Staff are pretty good considering what they have to work with store is pretty awful and everything stacked on top of each other covered in dust needs a good revamp Shame as used to be pretty decent store definitely needs some serious improvement and effort otherwise you can just see it’s will close sometime soon.
What i hated more than anything was there was no publucs toilets anymore first time I went there in over 6 years ago, and apart from no loos it would of been more enjoyable walking around a funeral home, it was cold and no atmosphere and the staff looked like they would rather be home than working there, was very disappointed in the whole experience, we had such an unpleasant day in Honiton we would ever go back there. Last time I went it was a lovely place 6 years old everywhere you looked or went felt very run down
It's a Homebase is ok. Went to buy a couple 0f bits and pieces but unfortunately one of the items we bought was in the wrong place. Instead of £4.50 which they were labelled, we were charged £16.50!! We did go back into the shop where an assistant did apologise as he realised the label had been put in the wrong place. We did receive a refund but still annoying. Guy who mixes the paint is brilliant went over and above to mix some Tractor Ted green! Brilliant thanks
The manager and kitchen designer were most helpful to me and my wife. So pleased we went there

Good store helpful friendly staff and well stocked
No clear signs where to go to buy goods, all check outs unstaffed. 2 staff chatting behind the customer service desk. No greeting or apology for the waiting time. I used to like the staff and had good experiences at this store, 2 years ago. I wish to be constructive, but had I been made to wait longer, I was on the verge of walking out, with no purchases.
Well stocked and clean but staff surly and unhelpful. Probably all fearing for their jobs in the current climate. UPDATE 2022; Staff now more engaged and helpful and the store still well stocked and clean
