Myself and my family have sold and purchased numerous properties through Home Thorpe Bay with glowing reviews.. until now. A change in the branch team has resulted in a parallel experience. Where to begin, the listing had numerous errors when going live  which took 2 further amendments to be accurate and correct followed by poor images of the house. I am a true believer a listing has ‘1 shot’ to draw buyers in. After further consideration I have now taken the property  off the market with Home and this was the final straw. Upon collecting my keys I returned Home with HOMES office keys and not my own. Sorry to say a true advocate for the brand is going elsewhere.

Sold my property through home estate agents in Thorpe bay can honestly recommend as they have been fabulous from start to finish, always friendly to speak to and have always been there to answer any questions I have had along the way! Ricky was wonderfully clear and honest when originally putting my property up for sale, Alex has helped me with everything from silly question to general advice and has always been so kind and understanding and above all patient with me  and Keane not sure of the spelling was always a cheerful hello whenever he answered my calls!

We bought our current house through Home of Thorpe bay, we had been looking for a house in the area for some time and through the proactive approach of Ricky and his team we secured a house which was exactly what we had hoped for. We used Home on a sole agent basis to sell our property at the beginning of the year and we could not be happier with their professionalism. All of the staff are personable, friendly and seemed genuinely invested in selling our home for us with as little upheaval as possible. With a young family and a ginormous bouncy dog, preparing for viewings was quite a task but Kian, Scott and Ricky were very careful to ensure that they were arranged for times that were suitable for both us and prospective buyers, and were respectful of the fact that we needed as much notice as possible. All of the properties that we viewed through Home were clean, tidy and appropriate for our needs. We would highly recommend Home Thorpe Bay to friends and family.
