I have bought a property from Hunt Roche and they used all tricks to grab as much money as they can and the house price I paid was not worth. I would like all buyer to be aware of Hunt Roche and please check following before you buy your new home. 
I made terrible mistake trusting Hunt Roche which I should not have done. 

 Please make sure to check the following before your buy any property:
1. They overprice your property

The average sale price ends up being 12-15% less than the initial asking price. There are many potential reasons for this, but it’s largely due to the fact that estate agents give you a higher valuation than is realistic so that you’ll go with them.

Don’t be too trusting and make sure you get valuations from at least three agents and check out similar property prices.

2. They don’t always put you first

Your agent could be using ‘dual agency’ to double their commission. This means that the agent is representing both the buyer and seller and essentially playing both sides

3. They use selling techniques on you

‘You should bid now before someone else does!’ and ‘Are you really willing to lose this home for the sake of a small amount of money?’ are both common phrases rehearsed by estate agents to create a false sense of urgency and pressure buyers into putting in an offer quicker, and often higher, than they are initially willing to.

4.  They aren’t always what they seem

Understand your market so make sure to do your research before signing any contract.

worst company to deal with please dont even bother using this company.

i would like to say that i would not use HuntRoche ever in my life again. Worst experience of my life will not respond to calls if there is any problem in the property. 
When we moved in the property there were 13 main issues which we highlighting only few of them were fixed but at the end when we left after 6 months due to problems in the property we were charged for the issues which i initially highlighted. 
We only Stayed in the property for 6 months due to so many problems and when we asked to repair and fix the problems, no response from Hunt Roche and always excuses.
The property was not fit for purpose and i have evidence of more than 35 emails where i have highlighted all the issues in the 6 months i stayed in the Property.
i am not worried about deposit they hold as it doesn't bother me but the stress i faced due to Hunt Roche in the 6 months period which is unforgettable

I have moved five times and each time I have asked Hunt Roche, Shoebury or the office in Great Wakering to help negotiate the sale and purchase.  I have no hesitation in recommending them as I have found the service professional, courteous and very helpful.  They all have the expertise required to make for a smooth transition.
