Don't use them.  They make you pay survey fee and yet sell the property to someone else.  You end up paying solicitor fees and survey and broker fees over and over again because the property you are buying from this agent has been sold right under your feet.   Be safe   don't use this agent.  They lie and keep you hanging on until your mortgage is over

Both myself and my wife were more than happy with the service provided by 1st Call. This was our first time buying a property. Stewart and Rob were fantastic. Always available to speak to, either by telephone or email and if we had any questions they were more than happy to advise us. Great customer service. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thanks guys. We will definitely be recommending you to our friends and family.

I had a fantastic experience with Stewart from 1st call.  I bought my first home through this estate agents and they could not have been more helpful.  I had many questions, all of which were always answered promptly and I really felt guided through the whole process.

I would highly recommend this company and feel that this is the standard that all estate agents to strive to.

I recently brought my first flat through 1st Call. I can honestly say that the agent Stewart went above and beyond making quite a tricky sale happen. He kept me informed of every development and step of the purchase to make sure i understood what was happening and what would happen next. 100% recommend and if i ever decide to sell in the future they will be my first call!
