I purchased what was supposed to be a bed chair via Amazon from this company. When it arrived I was disappointed as it was a huge bean bag and too upright to sleep on. I contacted the company and they agreed to send it back, however the lady was quite short with me in the phone. I was advised by Amazon that I would have to pay postage myself which cost me £11. The huge parcel was collected on 13 March, it was successfully delivered and signed for the following day at Home and Garden Products. However to date I am still waiting for my £42 refund. I have tried several times to contact the company but all I get is an answer machine. Don't but from this company either directly or via Amazon.
