We are one of the largest manufacturer's in the North West based in Chester.

Story

Images have been creating and installing quality bespoke kitchens and bedrooms for many years. We have a wide range of styles and colours which can be seen in one of our fantastic new showrooms located in Saltney near Chester and Bromborough. We offer friendly, professional help, with a free plan and design service. Not only do we offer a fitting service but you can also buy on a supply only basis. We can produce made to measure doors to suit your every need so please ask in store for any information which you require and we will be more than happy to help.

I have also been from pillow to post. So it's been a year since having my wardrobes fitted, after fitters gone you just check things over when I noticed a dint in the chrome phoned up same day said they would get it sorted.after a number of calls to them nothing, always excuses don't matter who you speak too!  The best is I only live 10mins away. My daughter had trouble with them too. Time to take it further!! Especially after a year! I'd of been happy if they would of offered a bit of a refund. So don't go there try somewhere else and read reviews.

So many excuses and not enough action , had wardrobes fitted a month ago this week ...several marks on the wardrobes .
I rang the company and was told it would be put right later that week , in the meantime i had paid the whole amount of outstanding balnce to the company .
The fitters never turned up , when i rang again they said they were waiting for the trim to come in . 
Another week went by and when i rang again , i was told the trim was damaged when it came in . The installations Manager eventually spoke to me after many calls to the office , he said the company was shutting down for holidays week beginning the 28-8- and it would be sorted the moment they returned to work on the 4- 9- .
Nothing was done yesterday ...when i rang today i was told 3 fitters rang in sick yesterday , receptionist kept passing the buck saying it was the installations Managers problem . 

Originally i was promised the work would take priority yesterday , and i was even told i would be compensated .....neither has happened .

I asked them to take out the wardrobes and give me my money back , they refused to do that also . 

I have been badly treated by this company and i urge other people to look elsewhere before employing this company .
