Got the Kitchen Solutions Four Tier Multi Storage Trolley and it was hard to fix the instructions were so complicated. I had to take it back luckily a staff at home bargains Strabane  Ross helped me out but it was a bit difficult for him as well. But he did it

Staff in strabane branch were so helpful, I asked a staff member if he had a particular item in stock, he then showed me were it was and got it down from a height for me, great customer service, thanks

They usually have a great selection of products for reasonable prices ,I really just wish they'd stop moving all the stock to different areas of the store every few months as it takes twice as long to find anything, one complaint is how they have the tills set up it makes it nearly impossible to queue without blocking people and constantly having to move to let people past.

I would like to thank Zelda who works in Strabane branch. I lost a very sentimental piece of jewellery on Saturday. I phoned the branch on a long shot that it might be there. Today I got a phone call  from  Zelda to say she had found it. I can’t thank her enough she made my day .
