I tried to buy something in store today and was told I was not allowed the 20% promotion because part of the purchase was on a gift card. Some one spent their money to buy me a gift, so they take your money and then tell you how to use it. Ridiculous policies. One of the staff members became quite rude. I never shop there as their inflexible and outdated policies lose them customers all the time. Drive down the road to Ballybofey for a real boutique experience.

This is a review for an online order for a friend, who loves the item that was purchased from here on the website a few days ago. Really great service and quick posting, even a quick chasing of the order that had gone walkies into the republic rather than a GB address in first instance, great over the phone service and they have enjoyed the item bout from here. Highly Recommend.

We were looking for a dress for a wedding and Caroline went above and beyond to help us. She brought out several dresses and matched them with accessories etc, nothing was too much for her. She showed professionalism and put us at ease. She was easy to talk to and both she and Brenda were so helpful that we will definitely visit the shop again. A boutique we would definitely recommend. Went to cilento today to get an outfit for my sons wedding, Julie made sure I walked out with the perfect outfit and had the patience of a saint while I tried on every outfit the store had. Experienced great customer service and I will definitely be back.
