I have always found them responsive to any health issue that I have had and always polite and courteous..
Phoned to get a repeat asthma inhaler prescription as having difficulty sleeping I have been an athsmatic for 50 years, to be told they cannot give me a prescription unless I have a respiratory check by a nurse. The earliest appointment is 3 weeks away!!!. I was then told that there were no doctors appointments before this, and my only option is to dial 111!!!. Unbelievable rubbish.

The entire team has been amazing in helping me through various situations, always going above and beyond to ensure I receive the best possible care.nnFrom the reception staff to the doctors and nurses, everyone has been kind, professional, and attentive. They truly listen, act promptly, and make you feel valued as a patient. It’s reassuring to know that I can rely on such a dedicated team when I need them most.nnI highly recommend both practice’s to anyone looking for compassionate and efficient healthcare. I have always found the service I receive from Tadley Medical Partnership brilliant. I have mostly beens offered an appointment on the same day following a triage phone call with a Nurse or GP. More recently I received a invitation for an annual review, I saw Dr Bailey, who was so kind and understanding, she really made me feel heard. In my time with the surgery I have had to wait on hold for periods of time and once the phone line was closed as they could not accept any more patients, but I fully understand that the surgery are trying their absolute best despite being incredibly stretched. The reception team have always been kind and polite to me. The pharmacy team have called to review medication changes. In the times now where the nhs is struggling, I think that Tadley offer a very good service.
Yes, it might be a long waiting time, this is what you should expect but I never had an issue with either the Receptionist or the Doctors. Always kind and supportive, and whenever I needed an appointment it was sorted out on the day. I think we need to look from the perspective of the number of calls and patients are handling daily and I think they do a great job. Thank you
