Today, we had an absolutely fantastic experience at Hollywood Bowl in Yeovil for my daughter’s birthday! The staff were incredible from start to finish — the bar staff, kitchen team, and the game staff all went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Their friendliness and attention to detail made the day truly special.nnEverything was perfect, and we couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. My daughter and her friends had the best time and loved every moment. Thank you so much to the whole team — we really appreciate it!
Had a great time at Hollywood Bowl on 7/3/26, very attentive staff and great cocktails. I would like to shout out a particular staff member, i believe her name was Jess, she went above and beyond to ensure our visit went well and we highly appreciated the effort
We had a birthday V.I.P bowling session that was booked for between 7 and 9pm. meaning we had the space until 9. We asked the desk for an extra game because we still had an hour to kill. We were told we couldn't becauae there was another booking after us. They turned up around 8.15 and we had to leave the booth even though we had the space booked until 9. We decided to move onto the pool tables which were all full not their fault it was a saturday night. So lastly onto the arcade. Every machine bar one required twice the money advertised to get it to start. If it was advertised as £1 it was £2 etc.nnOverall kind of disappointed... The service was fine bar being told we had to leave early. And the arcade machines not charging at the price set.
Didn’t get the gentleman’s name that helped us, but I came in with my son and partner. We couldn’t make a booking because we’re travelling over from Australia. However, that was not a problem for my man, he went out of his way to ensure we got two games and that we had a good time. We came last Sunday, thank you to that man. Great experience!
Awesome venue with great variety of ball weights to choose from. Food and drinks available and the arcade is a nice way to spend a fortune on the way out The staff on duty were very attentive too. Only yuk was the disabled loos were really dirty, but if you don't use the loo you'll be a-ok.
