Very fun atmosphere. The bowling is very well organised and separated for the teams. The equipment is clean as well as the lane. Dirty. Unhelpful. We know it’s half term. Loads of screaming kids. But come on.. Half of the toilets blocked and disgusting. Water in the floor. Disabled toilet out of order because full of toilet paper. Friend had to use nearby bar toilet as stairs were out of discussion. One bartender for the whole floor, waited 25mins to order a beer, because everyone else wanted a cocktails on happy hour or whatever. Games were ok. Broken pools sticks, had to ask for it to be replaced, table would take a payment, had to wait again. So much time wasted. A lot of rubbish laying around the tables, floor, stairs. Like no one is cleaning there. It’s such a lovely venue outside of public/school holidays. Avoid during those.
Spent the crossover to new year here and must say I enjoyed it. Lots of fun arcade games but the one I particularly liked was the shooting game. Ordered some hotdogs and drinks and some of the hotdogs took time to come. Some were also hard to chew so for the kitchen I give 2 stars. The lady that attended to me was nice and helpful. Overall, will def come back
Well, it was my first time at Hollywood bowl and it was great time i spend with my work team. We booked tickets in advance, so i recommend to book tickets in advance. I recently celebrated my daughter’s birthday party at your bowling venue. While the bowling itself was enjoyable, I was quite dissatisfied with the service provided. I had pre-booked the party over a month in advance, yet several things I requested were unavailable on the day, such as disposable bowls and takeaway boxes. Additionally, one staff member informed me that I could start the bowling hour once all guests had arrived, but another contradicted this, which led to us not being able to use the full hour. Overall, I am disappointed with the lack of proper service and organization despite the advance booking. Some of the staff members were not supportive.otherwise snacks which we ordered are good.

Whether you're seeking a fun night out with friends or a lively date spot with your loved one, this venue offers the perfect blend of entertainment and camaraderie. I wholeheartedly recommend Hollywood Bowl at the O2 to anyone craving an engaging and laughter-filled experience. So grab your nearest and dearest, lace up those bowling shoes, and prepare for a memorable adventure that's sure to leave you smiling from ear to ear.
Had a good time at the bowling section, however the reasons for 3 stars is ~ our game started 20 minutes late, the pool table isn’t very organised and you can end up waiting over half an hour and people try to jump in before you, a table was occupied by underage kids drinking for quite a while. Also, when ordering drinks when playing bowling that can take about 20 minutes to come, I know it wasn’t just us waiting a while either! Also despite a lot of staff standing about, there were kids with their hoods up at the bowling area ended up sitting on our bench.. we clearly didn’t know them and if I had young children I wouldn’t feel comfortable with strangers sitting with us, that was when staff should of asked them to leave that area if they’re not there for bowling. It’s just all a bit slow here, I think next time I’d try lakeside!
Me and my daughter came here for a fun day out in the arcade. We were welcomed kindly by the staff. We couldn't work out how to use a machine and our hero of the day, Veli came over to show us how to use it. Very fun, it can become a bit expensive if you’re in a budget, but for the “usual London Price” it is priced well. The staff were always friendly with us, and helped us around and that’s the thing I can remember the most.Wait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYes
