Ordered with just eat.. an hour later app saying driver has been at chippy for over 20mins. Rang shop to be told no driver had turned up yet and I should ring just eat myself. When I mentioned that the food would of been cooked over an hour ago so it would be ruined I was told that wasn't their fault... no offer to re cook.. no apology.. nothing. I will not eat from here again.
The Indian lady working there has got to be the rudest and most ignorant person I’ve ever come across worst customer service. I’ve been in a couple of times and how she takes to customers I don’t want to see her stinking attitude again
The best chippy in the Midlands probably uk, Fish and chips are so tasty food is always great, curry sauce to die for, staff very friendly helpful and clean as a whistle, deals are very good and prices very reasonable
Ordered off uber eats as i had a promotion , food was bang average at best fish had bones in even though it was nicely cooked still had to eat with caution, chips where soggy and tasteless ordered 3 kebabs ,all with a choice of 3 sauces yet they hardly had any sauce at all ,dry and tasteless meat really did not enjoy the food wont order again from here

Terrible don’t even deserve one star. Cheeky rude staff. Payed for slushie and cone of chips and they told me I never payed for the slush even though many witnesses saw I payed for them both .missed food in peoples orders and then told them to look. Said to me leave the shop or I’ll have to make u leave just because I said I paid for slush and chips
If I could give zero stars I would. Stopped here this evening. Placed an order, paid for my order, then waited to be served. I had ordered an item that was already cooked and in the range. The person that took my money occupied herself putting another order together. I was then asked by another member of staff if they could help, I said What I’d ordered. She then ignored me and said next please to the customer behind me. The lady cooking the food then comes to serve as it Is now getting busy, the next customer and the person before her both ordered the same as myself. As they got served I was still ignored. I doubt they noticed I had left the shop, I had to wait an excessive amount of time for something that was already cooked and I had paid for. It’s beyond poor customer service.
rude staff, witnessed a girl get told to leave the shop for no reason at all. staff had told her she hadn’t paid for her order even though me and others saw her order and pay. fly in my slushy too
The food is absolutely amazing, the quality of service out of this world and I'll definitely be ordering myself dinner from this place again! Believe me when I say, you will not regret having this food to fill your belly after a long hard day at work as did I today, it really hit the spot. 100% Recommend!
