Often very busy. The staff at the post office counter are bad mannered, and act as if you're a nuisance being there! Man in the main shop is better but can act sarcastically towards customers. For Post Office services we now go to Tesco in Westwood Cross.

Twice I have used this post office now and I was served by the most unfriendly, impolite, grumpy women. Once you could put down to a bad day. Twice is just bad manners. It has put me off going back. I felt as if I had personally aggrieved the ladies. The one saving grace was the lovely gentleman in the actual shop.

Nice easy access post office with helpful staff. With the closure of the post office on Palm Bay estate this is the only one serving West Cliftonville.
