Absolutely horrific customer service, the staff here do not want to be working there and absolutely show that by how they treat their customers. Between the awful customer service and sub par knowledge Royal Mail products and services I'm surprised Royal Mail even let this branch operate. You could almost believe that Tesco have a daily raffle to see who wants to work in the post office. I tend to avoid this post office like the plague but unfortunately on occasion I have to use it. Here's a small list of issues I've had to date: 1. I was told I could not send a package as a 'Large Letter' even though it was sized exactly to Royal Mails guidelines. Their reason why it could not be sent? "It's not a letter" and "Does this look like a letter" when I explained that 'Large Letter' was the name for the size guide and not a reflection of what the contents need to be they dismissed me like I had just told them the craziest thing they've ever heard. Even after phoning Royal Mail directly after the incident they refused to believe they could be incorrect. This was multiple members of staff, not an individual. Royal Mail later contacted this branch directly to inform them they were in fact, incorrect in what they were advising. Who knows how many customers have been charged incorrectly in the past. 2. I've been told on multiple occasions that i'm using the incorrect postage labels for my parcels which is again completely incorrect as I'm running a registered business my labels are slightly different colours to the retail versions they are very used to. I've had to explain this to different staff on two occasions at least. 3. On my most recent visit (10/11/16) I decided to quickly check my receipts when I got home and found of the nine parcels I sent that day, FIVE had mistakes on the receipt! 5/9 Address keyed incorrectly! COME ON TESCO, SERIOUSLY? I now have to go and complain again, which I don't want to have to do!

Incompetent, lazy and rude Asked her to cut my passport photos for my passport application, so she just cut the top two off and asked if I needed them cut individually, I repeated, they are for my passport, so yes, she didn't bother, just told me they would do it at the passport office ... I hope so, because if my application is rejected the post office can pay for a re application 2 staff at lunch time, really ?
