There were 2 ladies in the shop when I visited.The older one was quite pleasant and helpful, the younger one at the register didn't even recognise me and continued to label goods on her table even when I came up to the register- no smile, no greeting. What a poor customer service. Really put me off going to the shop, I will order online in the future.

per cent quality service .The lady's in the shop 15.9.16 were very helpful warm and welcoming, and gave me a full quality customer service . They both helped and got me the correct tablets I needed on 3 occasions during the same day, as I had family lists to get too. Excellent top quality service. And the new shop is wonderfully spacious,a much nicer shop environment than the previous Barnsley shop too. Thank you lady's you helped me allot. My dog didn't mind waiting outside too , you were very quick and efficient.
