We stayed at this hotel last week, and we highly recommend it. A small detail that really stood out was the wonderful fragrance in the entrance and lobby area. It created a fresh, welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived and made a great first impression. Staff were very kind and professional. We will definitely come back! One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Beautifully decorated and very clean throughout. Friendly, helpful staff. Speedy checking and checkout experience. Room was very quiet with a great view and had everything we needed in it. Would definitely recommend!
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn in Sunderland. it is the kind of hotel that instantly makes travel feel easier and more comfortable. Its location in the city center, it sits directly beside Primark and is surrounded by plenty of halal food options, like Pepe’s and Manjaros, so finding something to eat is never a problem. On top of that, the hotel staff were genuinely friendly and attentive made this place one we would happily return to.
Had a really good stay at the Holiday Inn Sunderland. The location was excellent for what I needed and made everything really convenient. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, which always makes a difference. Breakfast had a good choice of options and everything was fresh and well presented. Overall a comfortable stay and I’d definitely return when I’m back in Sunderland.
