Good size carpark but it's across the road from the hotel.nQuick check on all info givennTwo lifts to all floors.nThe room was very clean and contemporary looking.nGood size as was the shower room.nBed was very comfortablenWi-Fi excellentnShower is hot and powerful.nEvening meal was superbnA tad pricey but good portionnBreakfast is not included but can be added if wanted.nLocation next to the Stadium of Light and a short walk to the city centre.nWould definitely stay again if in the area.

Great location for visiting friends in South Shields. Loads of parking for the £5 for twenty four hours.nGreat breakfast with our room on the 3rd floor being warm, quiet and clean. Powerful shower as well. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only minor point is that the seats in the restaurant desperately need recovering. Like I said, a minor point, as well thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back
Needed a wheelchair accessible room with wet room, room lovely and clean even provided dog bed. Hotel clean and friendly. Slight criticism on breakfast some staff not bothered and coffee machine and juice weren't topped up.
We had an amazing stay at the hotel thanks to the warm welcome and care of the hotel staff. A massive shout out to Johnny, Neeve sorry if I’m spelling wrong and Goddard. They were our dream team onsite and always willing to help. We stayed for 4 night. Our room was a good size and we were given a view of the stadium of light - we came all the way from Washington DC to see Sunderland play. It was a great game! It was also fun to hang in the hotel post game because many of the fans came to drink after and we met some other Americans as well. Our room did have an issue where the heating broke and it became very muggy but we were offered to move or be given fans and we opted for fans which worked perfectly. It was also super quiet and we barely heard any outside noises so it was a very cozy stay. My SO even got to meet Wilson Isidor at the hotel restaurant with the encouragement of the staff. Overall, a fantastic hotel experience and we will definitely be back again!
