Room presented nice. But I found the bed uncomfortable, pillows so soft that it offered no neck support and a blanket thin duvet. Food was expensive for what it was, it was still nice, just expensive. £4 for a coffee that just requires one to press a button is very steep. Staff were friendly.
Brilliant hotel. Great customer service. The lady controlling the restaurant during the evening was fantastic, very friendly and extremely professional. Loved our visit and will be back.
Rooms are decent, gym is currently under maintenance, breakfast is great ask for the omelette! Staff are friendly! Dinners here also pretty decent!
Really big room with a comfortable bed. The hotel was really quiet which meant the restaurant was closed. You could still order food in the bar which was still the same price overpriced. Can’t fault the room and the hotel over all just a shame the food was overpriced
A wonderful stay with friendly, helpful staff. Arrived late at night, checked in without issue. The room was clean and the bed extremely comfy, not much of a view but that was no issue for me.nnStaff were wonderful, at 1am my keycard for the gym stopped working I likely kept it next to my phone too long, and Graham at the front desk was so friendly even at the ungodly hour. He got me a new keycard, all while seemingly training up a new staff member.nnThe gym was high quality, with plenty equipment, all clean and with paper towels to wipe down when finished.nnA perfect stay.
