Upon arrival i was met with Shania in reception who was so lovely and helpful.  She upgraded my room and her service was faultless.  Later that evening when i returned from my evening at the races Rachel was in reception and she too greeted me with a smile and was just so pleasant and wanted to do all she could to ensure i was having a great stay.  They were both amazing and i cannot recommend them or the hotel highly enough.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel to celebrate her birthday. The hotel is very stunning and very well kept. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. A lady called Harriet, help us and allowed us to decorate the room a little with some birthday decorations which was very much appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

This is a really nice hotel. We stayed here for our anniversary and had the most amazing experience. The staff were very helpful with any questions we had. The hotel is close to the station. The rooms were very clean and modern. The spa and swimming pool were the best part of the trip. A great experience overall.

Came here for a hen spa day with a group of 10 in March and we had a great time. We had our afternoon tea in the restaurant and the waiter who served us was amazing. Unfortunately the outdoor pool was closed which we were informed before coming but the indoor pool was very cold as a result. Nonetheless we enjoyed the steam room and sauna. Will return when the outdoor pool opens.

My partner and I stayed here for a night as part of our anniversary and it was a delightful experience. We also got upgraded to a suite with our own private patio and a large bed, which was a very nice gesture that we thoroughly appreciated.nnThe staff were all lovely and helpful, but Al at the spa deserves a special mention - He made us feel super welcome and looked after, he was attentive and kind, and always had a big smile on his face. Certainly made a difference!nnSpa was clean and had plenty of amenities, we look forward to returning in the summer when the outside pool is open.
