0 star would have been given if i could. Absolute awful customer service. They have mucked up my order 3 times and one of them was faulty and tampered with. In the end i had enough and chose to send all the items back becaise they kept getting it wrong. They told me that I had to pay for shipping which is ridiculous as it was their fault I was sending them back in the first place. They then started to refuse me a refund even though I showed them proof of postage. This was 3 weeks ago and im still trying to get my money. Please don't waste your time with these guys they're just as bad as scam artists. There is never a manager around to talk to either which is just typical. I'm amazed they're still running as a business. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
Order never arrived! Currently awaiting refund
Bought a new awning and fitting kit plus other items in Noivember 2018. Could not fit the awning untill March 2019 as waiting for deliver of a new motorhome. Fitting the awing to the side of the motorhome they had supplied the incorrect kit. When asked to change it they refused as I had to check it within 14 days. Explained I coulkd not check it as I did not have motorhome to fit is to. Refued to change the kit and refused to allow me to speak with a manager
There was a delay in responding to my order, a long delay in delivery, delays in responding to my enquiries and a failure to provide promised information. In short, not a business to try to do business with twice!
Had a few issues with the order going through, and then a few with DHL. However the customer service was second to none, and the bike is beautiful
I want to return an item. You have to telephone to get a reference number but the line is permanently engaged...so I can't return item. Don't use these guys as customer service is NIL.
Not happy at all .ordered light fitting for a customer vehicle 8 days ago and still hasn't arrived Tried calling up to 20 times and it just cuts off
