Brilliant customer service for advice and help. Gave me a free nut to fit into mudguards and excellent advice about brakes and tyres. Myself and housemates use them for all our bike needs and have never been disappointed. A really good bunch of blokes.

Great service  and customer care.  I just pop in for buy a new weel and I was surprised how fast , professional and nice the owner was . Definitely i will return there ! Great place and a lot nice good brand bikes !!

Exceptional service and expertise.
I recently took my five-year old commuting bike in for a service; Kevin spotted that the frame was cracked, and between him and Jamie took accountability for arranging a replacement under guarantee, which I picked up this morning. 
They managed the whole process - communicating with Ridgeback, and even swapping my mudguard from my old bike to the new one. They even supplied a courtesy bike while I was waiting. I've always taken my bikes here for servicing  and parts, and will continue to do so. That's the sort of after-sales service that you wouldn't get with an internet retailer.
