Had a front and rear dash cam fitted to my wife's car. The equipment was on offer and the fitting service was convenient despite the holiday season. The fitting was fast and the technician took time to explain the settings. Saved over £100 and was fitted within 45 mins. I could have done it myself but £80 for the service and the hardwire kit was a bargain if it saved me hours of Google advice and freezing outside.
Came here because our car battery died and we needed a charger. Ashad was very helpful and able to advise us on what to get since we've not dealt with car electrics much. Even came back to find us when he found a different aisle had something that could help us too!
Had a great experience at Halfords, Chilwell. I needed a new car battery and was torn whether to fit it myself. I was served by a male with dark longish hair, tied back Possibly called Theo He treated me with respect, explained the products and offers available to me so that I could get the best deal and arranged a fitting quickly. We had a lighthearted conversation and he made the experience throughly positive!
Had a new camera set up fitted by Shamshad at Chilwell depot. I was blown away by the quality of the service I received. This fella really knows his job, he is very knowledgeable and does what it says on the tin. Most of all he is ultra polite and does everything with a smile on his face. A rare experience in this dog eat dog world. Many thanks.
