Incredibly helpful staff - thoroughly recommended. I needed help locating and replacing a fuse in my Mini Cooper and your colleague could not have been more helpful. He then recommended and very useful dashboard device for my phone too. Excellent service.

Parking is pretty decent overall in the context of the very busy shopping park their store is located in. Very helpful and polite staff who go the extra mile to help you in my experience. Well laid out store I would have no hesitation in recommending.

We dropped by to pump the wheel of the buggy. A) the guy was unwilling to do so upon asking even for a fee b) When I finally managed to persuade the guy, he overinflated the tube that it burst in 5 minutes and then he laughed. The guy works in a bike department, he is small, fat and has a beard. stay away from him!
