Had a front and rear dash cam fitted to my wife's car. The equipment was on offer and the fitting service was convenient despite the holiday season. The fitting was fast and the technician took time to explain the settings. Saved over £100 and was fitted within 45 mins. I could have done it myself but £80 for the service and the hardwire kit was a bargain if it saved me hours of Google advice and freezing outside.
Excellent Service from start to finish , needed headlight bulbs changed was in and in 20 minutes at less then half the price of what dealers quoted me. Exceptionally polite and professional staff to be precise dealers wanted juat over a £100 more then Halfords’ for same job
Went to the Derby store for advice and to purchase an electric Bike and the assistant was very unhelpful and I got the impression the questions I was asking was too much trouble and got very conflicting replies most answers were you need to look on the web site, so leaving there I was very frustrated and virtually washed my hands of Halfords with the intent of buying one elsewhere on line, on the off chance I went to the Chilwell store and pulled Toby away from his bike assembling, totally the opposite, very knowledgable took the time to show me all options and pros and cons, even had a test ride round the mezzanine, bought the bike there and then, faith restored in Halfords. Thanks Toby and thanks for PDI so quickly so I can collect it tomorrow, Cheers
Visited for a bulb fit, and had a great experience.nChris i think, young lad greeted me as soon as i walked in and asked if i needed any help, told him what id come in for, he took my keys, settled my stresses and got on with the job.nnReturned a few hrs later to collect my car which was all finished, he also helped me purchase some oil for a top up. Everything was quick, efficient and had great customer service!
Great experience ordering my new bike from Halfords Chilwell. Steve, Cam and the team were fantastic in ensuring I got the right bike to suit my needs. On collection Theo was brilliant at ensuring the bike was setup correctly for me and helping me to my car. Well done guys - keep up the great work!
