Have never known a surgery as poor as this for getting appointments ? I have to book a month in advance to get to see anyone online appointments are blocking everything be easier to get to meet the queen than see a doctor ? Every time i need to see a doctor i get sent half wy across Leicester but you cant book in to another practise because not in your catchment ? Getting fed up with it now

Your typical hitlers on reception , unless you tell an untrained receptionist all about your problems they point blank refuse to book you an appt .

Urgent prescriptions are never ready, even when you call in advance to conform, you turn up to pick it up and it hasn't been signed. I work full time and am heavily pregnant, getting an appointment is beyond a joke, several times Iv had to use another drs.

The lady on reception has a real chip on her shoulder 
Appointments are a joke unless you ring on the day but then you have to explain your illness to the rude woman in order to get a appointment

Receptionists are absolutely disgusting, they are rude and have no respect for patients! The lady who works are the front of disk hung up on me as we spoke about the fact I needed an urgent appointment due to chest pains. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO DO YOUR JOB THEN BLOODY LEAVE.
