Bright open wide isle store with so much to look at You really do need more than a couple of hrs. You could easily get lost with its 2 storey mezzanine. There's plenty of parking but I would have to say excluding weekends as it really is first come first served. There are disabled parking bays right outside but again the weekend let's it down. Staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable, they really do make You feel valued as a customer.
Helpful friendly staff. Got our art supplies and jewellery making stuff here. Bit pricey but convenient especially if you need stuff now. Some good offers as well so worth keeping an eye out
My daughter and wife visited for 3 of the craft sessions for my daughters6th birthday, making friendship bracelets ripped paper collage and air dry clay models. Both had a great time making some nice pieces and learning new skills. The staff were welcoming and friendly as well as knowledgeable and encouraging. We will be looking at other sessions in the future.
Great place for all of your craft supplies. Can sometimes be a bit pricey. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The store covers a wide range of crafts and although it can't compete with online prices. It's a great option for emergency supplies
Great for all things artistic and craft. Went in to get staples for a staple gun but bought a few other items, including a wicker basket, card paper, and stuff for kids play. Would save a little bit more if you take out a loyalty card or membership. Friendly staff too. A wheel chair will possibly access parts of the store but it may not be easy to manoeuvre around here.
Went here for some party bag items for a child's party. They have a lot on offer but the prices are higher than going to other stores. Really friendly staff.
Very nice staff who helped me pick out fabric for an upcoming project. The main downsides are that the fabric isn't always labelled well like the width of it and they seemed understaffed.
Very broad range of yarn, knitting products and different hobby ranges for all ages. Highly recommend this shop, as staff is very knowledgeable on every product that this shop stocks. Only downside of shopping there is the car park, which can get very busy during peak time with nowhere to park usually Saturday and Sunday lunch time/dinner time.
Great selection of craft materials of every kind. Inspiration for seasonal decor. Already have Halloween ideas on display. Fun.
Popped in today exasperated about my first attempt at knitting a scarf. Pamela on your team was incredible: she helped me find a suitable wool to salvage my project, explained about changing my needles in the future and found me a 3 for 2 deal whilst teaching me how to continue on knitting with new yarn when I was confused. Please do see that she is appropriately rewarded this Christmas : Customer service like this is the reason why we come back again and again.
