Same as the previous reviews. Just automated nonsense with no waiting available. Take my money on a package which met all free requirement for customs and then take a bit more on the phone. Terrible service.

Very bad, after having to go through the usual automated service, i was told that all the advisers were in calls like they always are, however instead of putting you in a queue it just cuts you off and you have to go through the entire process again but there is no way of knowing whether you are going to get through or not, pathetic service considering it's importance.
