Opening hours are unacceptable for working people, plus the letter takes two weeks - failure. Unfortunately, Royal Mail has gone back to the Middle Ages.
What great guys, I had a parcel not delivered needed extra payment and as stacked as they are at this time of year they took the time to talk me right through the procedure. Great service great postman very lucky to have them,
Just called them to see if my parcel has came back, the reply was, not yet but within 30 odd minutes, I said cool I'll be down to get it, they said ok. BUT they could have bloody said that they are closed, wasted a tenner on a taxi. Awful!!!
Opening hours are pathetic, unsure how anyone who works is meant to collect an item?? Didn't bother knocking family member was in or leaving at neighbours. This shoddy service is one of the reasons I use a courier service instead - anyone but royal mail.
The loveliest staff - always willing to help & really friendly. I run a small business so I take a lot of packages and use the sorting office multiple times a week using the click & drop service. The other reviews seem unfair, just check the opening times before you go. No problems
Had a small parcel returned back to the post office because the post lady couldn’t be bothered to knock on next doors house even tho they were in! Anyway Popped down to the post office and “shut” Tried the following day after work in the morning, “shut” So after the 3rd attempt I know have to drive another 5 miles and take time off work to collect the item! Ridiculous situation The staff are literally in the building but done jumped up manager decision is to make it difficult for normal working customers to collect items. If the post lady spent 2 minutes just to knock on next doors house it would solve a real problems. Pay peanuts, get monkeys.
Brilliant team at this office In Bodmin, always super friendly and helpful & willing to go the extra mile. As a small business these guys are always supporting us & working hard to enable us to deliver to our customers & are super patient when we come through the door at 5 to closing time with about 25 packages for them to get in the van.
Shocking opening times. Don't answer the phone. Will have to take time off work to collect my item that should of been left. You lot couldn't curdle milk let alone read simple instructions.
The staff is police and always ready to answer your questions, never has a problem at all. I mainly use this sorting office 99.9% of the time. Excellent service.
Sort out your opening times! Would expect better from a multi million pound company. Then again, you did lose my £265 PS3 console and claimed it was delivered and only just gave the delivery driver a "verbal slap" pathetic!
