Excellent service received, filled out application on Friday with an appointment for Tuesday, arrived at 12:20 had passport in hand at 16:10.nThe door staff, the counter staff were all very pleasant and very helpful.Even the guy on exit said good bye & have a good day.nNo hassle very straight forward would definitely recommend using the same day service.
Great service by the staff from the moment I walked in. Everything was very simple & found all the staff very polite genuinely nothing like most the reviews say.nnUsed the 1 week fast track service and got my passport in 2 days which I was quite surprised about.
I found out I lost my passport on a Sunday, massive panic as I had a cruise book the following Friday. Phoned the hotline who advised I could book an appointment online. Managed to get an appointment for Tue morning, where they were great and explained that lost passports can't be given the same day but that there was a good chance I could get my passport by Friday and gave advice to go pick the passport from the sorting office as soon as we got notification it had arrived. Got a notification that it was printed and sent out Wed morning and by Thursday morning I went to the local sorting office and it was there ready to pick up. Managed to make the cruise on the Friday, thank you for your excellent service Liverpool Passport Office!
So helpful. Had my dad’s passport approved and posted out to him in 2 days so we could attend my grandads funeral. Spoke to 3 people and each one were so helpful, understanding and lovely to speak to. If I could give them 10 stars I would !
