Decided to renew my partners passport after realising it expired February next year. We're travelling to turkey in less than 20 days so decided to pay for the 1 weeks fast track service. So pleased we did, he went for the appointment on Monday and by Thursday morning his passport was here. 5* service and will definitely be doing mine the same way in a couple years time.
Amazing service. Daughter realised her passport expired on Sunday. Got an appt for Tuesday am in Liverpool. Collected her passport and has made it to the airport on time for her flight. Huge thank you to the HMPO team for such an efficient and friendly service.
Super pleased with this service. I had a nightmare and accidentally ripped my passport at the airport and couldn't board my flight. I managed to book an appointment for the next day. The staff were friendly and helpful and I received my passport via Royal mail in less than 48 hours after my appointment. Thank you so much to the team for the great service during a stressful time.
Came in for my child’s passport in Nov23, used fast track and got the passport. They said the birth certificate would be sent separately, we never received it. I called and logged it, never heard anything. Called again and was told to email in. I asked if they would replace it if lost by them, the gentleman very comfortably said “no”.
Absolute Pathetic service from their Southport office, They are nothing but bunch of rude , in-competent ,pathetic excuse of human beings. Absolute vile people who don't care about helping any customer , They couldn't get off the phone quick enough even if they tried. Got no customer service skills whatsoever. My passport was printed with wrong details. They asked me to send my passport back to a complete wrong address and then kept on lying to me for next 10 days telling me it has been re-printed only to be told on the 11th day oh we gave you wrong address , got flight to catch in 2 days time which more than likely will have to be cancelled , 7K holiday gone down the drain due to their in-competence and failure. Will be looking to take them to court. Bunch of idiots who deserve to be replaced by Robots and AI.
