Rebecca was incredible!! We was recommended Rebecca by a family member after the amazing work she had done for them, and she did not disappoint! Both Alex and Katie were fantastic throughout what turned out to be a problematic remortgage. They were always available to discuss problems and chased up all of the loose ends. We couldn't have done it without them
When buying your first home it can be VERY scary! i had no idea what i was doing and going through a stressful time things needed to move fast! I initially spoke with Laura who took her time with me explaining everything i needed to do to raise a deposit ans up my credit rating. Within 6 months i was back on the phone to her stating i had my deposit and we needed to get cracking. She supported me throughout the whole process and cannot fault her at all. She always responds to my messages/emails and calls and did her very best every time. I viewed and fell in love with a house, it ended up with 5 offers at the asking price. Laura supported me the through the process and we won! i would of never have been able to do it without her! With Laura not being based in the office at this time i was also in contact with Rachel who again was fantastic. She would chase the solicitors and estate agents and inform me of even the slightest detail. i cannot thank and rate these guys enough for everything they have done! Highly highly recommended!
