Ordered 4 perfumes from them online with the promise of next day delivery, they did not arrive so after a few days I phoned them up and asked about my order, the lady was very friendly and explained two of the perfumes I ordered were out of stock and that they need to order them from the distributor. She was very apologetic and that as soon as they arrived she would send them out, which she did do! I received my order the day after she had said they would receive their shipment.  The reason it is not 5 stars is the website needs to show when a item is not in stock before a order is put through, or at the very least, an email should be sent out to say that one or more items that is included in the order is out of stock otherwise the customer is left in the dark with what it happening.

Would echo other complaints, also check trustpilot for the same issues. It's dangerous to promise 24 hour tracked delivery for medication when that is so clearly not what they can fulfil. They also don't respond to repeated email requests.

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered perfume from them on December 9th , they promised next day delivery, but surprise, surprised it didn’t turn up . After many attempts to try and contact them. Had to go through my credit company to get a refund. Avoid this company at all costs. Big Rip off

I would say the same as everyone else's complaints. I placed an order for a perfume on the 11th February and I did not receive it. Contacted them multiple times and no reply. I'm currently in the process of getting my money back via my card provider. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

As other people reported below, I also had the issue of placing a £50 order one month ago for a 24h delivery. They took my money and never dispatched the item. I’ve clntacted them mutiple times through their contact form and their contact emails, but they never answer.  I will report the scam to my bank.  Avoid

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Ordered perfume on 24th December and still not received although it was supposed to be sent 24hr tracked. No tracking number provided until I called the pharmacy to get it. They never reply to the email and when you call you have to try numerous times before it’s answered. When you do speak to someone they are no help and rude. Told me Royal Mail will have to refund me and hung up. I Have reported to trading standards as they won’t answer my calls or emails. I’ve had to report as scam to my bank as paid by debit card.

Re: Order #49390  Hopeless. Ordered Freestyle Libre sensors with "next-day" delivery, nothing arrived so called "Kay" and was told the item was out of stock, then some drivel about it being "stuck in customs", then that the warehouse would call me that day, which they didn't.  Finally had enough so sent an email requesting a refund only to find their email bounces back because their mail servers aren't configured properly. The next day I received an email saying my order was on the way but Royal Mail tracking has no sign of it and it still hasn't arrived. "Kay" if you're reading this please process my refund ASAP!

Ordered perfume on the 14th Dec which stated 1 day delivery....on the 20th I rang up after receiving no reply back from email enquiry to be told order not sent yet as they don't have selected perfume in.....why wasn't I informed

Last year, I was unable to get essential prescription medication from my own NHS pharmacy for months. I contacted the Hive pharmacy, who were able to secure some for me despite the odds, thanks to the incredible hard work of Dipali and the whole pharmacy team. I'm extremely grateful, thank you!

I paid £4 for next day delivery with tracking, 2 weeks later and still no sign of my order from Hive Pharmacy, eventually i got an email reply saying it had been sent but no tracking number or other details were in it, that was a week ago still nothing, terrible service i will not shop here again, AVOID
