I am most unhappy with the customer service I have received from Boots at Sunbury Cross.  The attitude towards communication within the store is in all honesty, inappropriate for customer satisfaction.  The staff are abrupt bordering on rude. In my opinion the staff attitude towards customer service and confidentiality is absolutely appalling.  I am very disappointed and embarrassed by the service I received today.  I have made a complaint to Boots Head Office and I hope to hear back from them soon.

I visited this store today for face scrib loreal Nd I got very very very horriblely worst customer service in my life from boots store who is all about their customer.
I ask lady manager that u have this loreal scrub in store stock she literally denied that we don't have than why boots website showing me same scrub in store stock?? Even she didn't want to help me in this she just wanted to serve next customer. This is totally wrong and not acceptable from store like boots. Most of the staff are so rude and unpolite to their customers in that store. I'll better prefer another boots for shopping  but never go to that store again for the most worst customer service.

Im more than happy about the great costumer services in the pharmacy special miss Jun and Naz they are so helpful and great people to help and give the right direction,  making sure you understanding everything about your medication. Thank you

This is a fairly good sized store and the staff are helpful. Pharmacy gets very busy and sometimes has a fairly long wait but thwy do there beat to do them as quick as possible. Really kind and helpful staff
