I have never in my life, experienced such bad service. From not having the coffin we ordered and paid for to losing my mother-in-laws body. and also losing her jewellery. Then having to wait, because they DON'T KNOW WHO THE STONE MASON IS THAT IS CARVEING THE STONE FOR THE GRAVE. They really have made a hard experienced much much harder. They really do not seem to know what they are doing. Please be aware of this before you trust them with your loved ones.
To all at Hitchin Funeralcare, Ickleford On behalf of my family I would like to thank you for the dignity you gave my mother and taking care of her beautiful funeral service. I can't tell you how impressed we all were, I don't think it could have gone any better, it was more than perfect from start to finish. The tribute words, the way Celebrant Jessica read them out and presented the service in her calm an consoling manner, the visual tribute and music all fitted superbly together. A massive thank you to the Conductor Trisha for her courteous respectful calming manner co-ordinating at the service and of course her team helping. Well done to you Lindsey, Hayley,Trisha and anyone else who I never met behind the scenes, you all did an amazing job, it will all stay in my memory for all the right reasons, forever.
Excellent service from start to finish. Mum was treated with such respect and I was kept informed of what was happening at every stage. The whole day went smoothly and was a wonderful goodbye.
