So far so good! I’ve had a number of jobs done by them such as: brake pads/ discs, tyre fitting, handbrake repairs and rocker cover gasket. I must say the prices seem competitive and their service is very good too, the car drives really well after. They keep you informed and call you to discuss options when required. Will definitely come back and recommend.

Discovered that I had a puncture at 4:30pm on a Friday. Thought I would be stuck in London all night, even all weekend. Managed to pump it up and got to HiQ for just after 5pm. They were happy to fit me in and after a short wait they had removed the wheel and identified the cause. They gave me various options at differing costs and had me back on the road, getting out of London and going home by 5:30pm. Thanks for the efficient and very reasonably priced service, suitably chuffed.

I was recommended by someone from eurocar parts, said visit this garage and they'll look after you. 

Now it's almost been 7 years I've been coming here, I have thousands of garages local but yet travel there. Service is absolutely great, good price and perfect timing.  Never had to complain, happy every time.

There's been cases where I thought I'd need work and was advised nothing is needed, most places would have said perfect opportunity to gain a few pounds. 

Building that customer rapport takes time and it's never anything less than great.

Amar the manager is amazing, customer service is truly great. It has me worrying when he goes on holiday, lol. 

Great place, highly recommended.

I used this place before for servicing and AC gas top up. It was fine. But my last visit left me with a terrible experience. My car broke down at the middle of the road because of Ignition problem. AA brought down my car to the garage as I wanted. They identified the problem and offered me a quote for fixing. I payed them what they asked for. After taking my car home I found out that my cruise control stopped working. I took the car back to the garage and had to leave it there for anther day to fix. They explained me that they forgot to program the cruise control. This sounded like a very sloppy work to me. After couple of days I found out that the spare key doesn't work. I had to take the car back. They said they have to reprogram the spare key.  This is another soppy work for them. I had to leave my car there for another day. They couldn't fix it. He was trying to say that my key is faulty. They told me that their regular lock smith is on holiday. They said they will call me when he comes back. They never called me back. I called them several several times but they said their locksmith is still on holiday. At some point they gave me a locksmith number to call and arrange something with him. The locksmith came and fixed the issue(program the key) in 10 minutes. Locksmith charged me £90 which HiQ gave it back as agreed. It was very bad experience for me as a customer. Very frustrating that it took 45 days to get my car fixed. They never said sorry for this instead they were showing me attitude. I won't recommend this place to anyone and I will never go back there.
