Called on the off chance to see if this pharmacy could help with a manufacturing supply issue I was having with a medication. Spoke to a lovely lady who tried her best to see if the stock was available through different suppliers. Unfortunately, there was a problem throughout the whole of the UK. She advised me on the next steps to take, was most helpful and didn't want to rush me to get off the call. Thank you for all your kindness. The issue has now been resolved.
Too many staff behind the dispensary and only one lady on the desk. Incredibly slow service. I was on my lunch break to collect and the process took way too long.
Quite a run down store and pretty slow for an urgent pick up. They did however have stock of a certain medication whereas boots and Lloyds did not. Ladies are nice and I witnessed a staff member go well out of her way to assist an elderly lady in a time of need. A faith resorted in humanity moment.
Given the wrong prescription, when raised was challenged it was MY FAULT for not checking what was in the bag! Then asked to pay again for the right prescription, what if I'd been given something seriously strong by mistake? once they had the money they just didn't care.

A little dated but great service from the ladies behind the counter. It’s clearly a very busy prescription collection chemist and 2 ladies in particular always go above and beyond to manage the queue and queries
Terrible and rude service already that I have faced couple times, not how pharmacy should run! Staff is always not happy and not helpful if you want to ask some information or clarification very dispointed! Couple times gave me medication that is not good at all for what I asked and could off made situation even worse! Needs to learn what means good service to their customers and responsibilities.
The staff at this pharmacy are really rude and quite clearly prejudice to certain groups of people in the community. I've been here multiple times and experienced the same low level customer service and seen other members of the community face the same treatment. I get extreme anxiety at the thought of having to go there as i know i'm gonna be met with an unwelcoming hostile and unfriendly member of staff. Even though this pharmacy is on my doorstep id much rather get in my car and drive to a pharmacy much further away to avoid this place. TERRIBLE PHARMACY!
