Very unprofessional and rude staff at pharmacy. Main pharmacist Kirandeep and her co staff lady both need professional training to deal with customers. Management should take action against such unprofessional and unethical staff. One of them was so rude with one old age customer. Its shame...
They don’t deserve 1 star. Staff are disgusting towards the people who go there for their prescriptions. They are disrespectful and rude. The staff need a lesson on how to be nice towards people and to have respect.
Just recently there has been a change in the atmosphere at this pharmacy. It used to be a nice place to visit with friendly staff but now there is a feeling of them being just there to do a job and with no customer interaction. It would be nice to have them go back to how they were. I am thinking of changing to a different pharmacy.
Very good pharmacy! The pharmacist Mr Awan was very helpful in giving my prescription and giving advice.
If it were up to me, they wouldn't even get one star. Apart from the pharmacist and delivery drivers, the staff are rude, unprofessional and incompetent. The customer service is appalling and the atmosphere within the store is disgusting.
