Decent little station but watch out for the short ticket office hours. If you miss the train to Leicester at xx:29, don't wait an hour for the next one: jump on the Birmingham train at xx:37 and hop off at Nuneaton for the fast train back the other way.

Have never been to Hinckley station before. Dropped of my niece who was visiting from Ireland, going to Birmingham. What a horrible experience. The ticket seller ( male) was rude, patronising and obnoxious. I actually said" we have never been here before hence the questions, and I really dont like your tone of voice." He answered with " well I think its fine". A horrible way to start the day.( 7.10 am) His Attitude and tone of voice stink. Really poor customer service. Train travellers avoid him at all costs.

It's a very small station. One track each way. The ticket office is on the hinckley side you have a big foot bridge to get over from Burbage. There is a carpark on the hinckley side it's not very big. There is also a taxi stand there.
