This shop has the most incredible customer service and it is an absolute joy to visit the shop.
 I first went to the shop when I was 16 and instantly warmed to the lovely Paul and his lovely team. I revisited the shop for the first time in 4 years and was instantly recognised and made to feel at home. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to buy my jewellery from anywhere else. 
After explaining I was going travelling and wanted to get a St. Christopher necklace they helped immediately and there was such a lovely collection available and for such a good price.

I've been a customer of Hills the Jewellers for eighteen years. The service has always been faultless, whether popping in to have a watch battery replaced, or making a considered purchase for a special occasion. 
The staff are really well trained by the owner manager of this family run business. This is reflected in the attention to detail and care taken by the staff when helping me to decide on a gift for others, or jewellery for myself. 
On the recommendation of the manager Paul, I had my jewellery professionally valued, and this was a worthwhile investment at relatively very little cost. When my house was burgled, and my jewellery collection stolen, the certificate of valuation was accepted without question by my insurers and the  claim settled promptly. 
They have a genuine 50% off summer sale every year, which is so popular locals queue up for it the night before!
I have had jewellery repaired to replace missing stones, and jewellery adapted to make it more current. They always exceed my expectations. 

I trust Hills the Jewellers and highly recommend them.
