I like all of my family "were" long term customers at this establishment. My Mother recently paid for shoes to be stretched by Mr Smith who agreed to offer the service despite the shoes not being originally purchased from his shop. The work was sub standard and when Mr Smith was "Politely" asked for a refund he became "Rude and totally Obnoxious", his behaviour was quite simply disgusting and over the top. Mr Smith showed complete and utter disregard to the feelings or concerns of a long established customer to the point where we will never use his establishment again.

Brilliant service to fix g daughter a pair of shoes that fitted. Much appreciated and will certainly visit for next pair.
