Check-in was easy and loved that it was in the bar area, as we had a drink before heading to our room, which was very clean, warm, and comfortable. We dined at night and the next day for lunch. Food was delicious and very reasonable. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Staff who were cleaning the rooms were very friendly and helpful; I have some mobility issues and they made sure that I could manage.
Couldn't fault the experience. Staff were polite, helpful and attentive. Room was clean, tidy and ample space. Food and drinks in the bar were all all excellent. Very impressed for a 1st impression and thought it was great value for money. Wouldn't hesitate to use again for future visitsRooms: 5/5
Clean and tidy, easy to use thermostat in the room, we had complete privacy....even though it's right by the main road the room was quiet. Staff are all lovely - cleaners, bar staff and restaurant staff. All great to talk to, very helpful and accommodating. Lewis Brown and Olivia in the restaurant were just lush and made us feel very welcome. Food was excellent and well priced. Cannot complain!! Somewhere we would stay again.
Stopped off for a quick meal on way home and what a great experience. Had to come in and leave feedback especially for Hannah and a very smiley waitress from the kitchen…. Both lovely, friendly and professional. Food was amazing… all had the Sunday roast… huge portions and excellent value ……. Will definitely be back more often if that’s the level of service and quality…. Thanks !
Key cards weren’t working during my stay but staff were prompt in getting me access to my room. Room was spotlessly clean and warm with tea and biscuits. Food at the bar was very nice, staff polite and attentive to detail. Though as a lone traveller would prefer not to sit in the family area. Breakfast choice was good, freshly made cooked breakfast very enjoyable. I had a 9:00 am meeting so I found the service quite slow.
Stayed for one night and had dinner and drinks in the pub. Food and service was great in the pub and check-in was easy. Room had a lovely shower and comfy bed. Pub food was elevated and I definitely recommend the ham hock! Large portions but save room for dessert, it's worth it. Lewis treated us right and I'd recommend!
Great value for money. Very well located, off the A90. Restaurant serves delicious food. 5 min away from Stirling Castle. Rooms: The rooms are great value for money. They also provide family rooms which greats for families with children. The rooms have a bath. Beds are really comfortable. Possibility to make tea and coffee in the rooms. The hotel is just off the A90 and only 5 minutes away from Stirling castle. There is petrol station and a Starbucks across the road. The restaurant attached to the hotel serves delicious food. Staff was very pleasant. Nearby activities: Stirling castle is only 5 min away Food & drinks: Food was delicious. Menu is available online. Good selection of drinks.
Staff, especially Andrew where very quick to make sure everything was working, as we had issues with outlet hot water in the bathroom. Service within the restaurant was impeccable, could fault anything. Great atmosphere, and friendly service. would definitely stay again when visiting from EnglandRooms: 5/5
Booked a table for 10 to arrive at 12.30 we were slightly early and the table was ready no problem. The service was very good the young waiter was friendly polite and courteous. The menu was good and we had a variety of dishes, all very nice. The only issue we had was the table was in front of a window which normally we would all have loved, but it was a very sunny day and the curtains did not close completely so the sun was bothering people at times. But otherwise could not complain
I booked the hotel for convenience, as it is close to the office I am working at for the week, but I will definitely stay again. The staff are the main highlight, particularly Andrew who was very welcoming from check in to check out. The food is very tasty and there is a good variety. The rooms are simple, but quiet and well maintained.
