Lovely spacious site friendly helpful owners. Just be aware northside of the humber. Thought booking through club 9 miles from Grimsby but as crow flys . Still thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for one night on September 15th this year. It is excellent value for money. The room we had is extremely well thought out, there is a kitchen with all the crockery and glasses needed, a microwave and fridge/freezer, tea, coffee; fresh milk was provided for our stay. The central heating was excellent and very responsive (we were very cold when we arrived) and there is lots of hot water. The curtains have blackout linings. The bathrooms are modern, toiletries are provided and there are fluffy white towels. The owner was very helpful when we arrived.

Highfield Farm is a delightful site. The touring field is flat and there is an abundance of fresh water taps about as well as numerous electric posts. We were given the choice of pitch we wanted and the owners could not have been more helpful. Unfortunately during our stay the rains didn't stop and when we came to leave we had a problem, our van was well and truly stuck in the mud. Iain, the owner soon came to the rescue with his tractor and towed us safely off the pitch and out of the field. He is our hero and we are very grateful to him.

Really nice little site. The hard standing areas look a bit scruffy and detract from the grass area which is lovely. Really nice owners.
