Amazing place to stay beds are so comfortable very good night sleep. Handy tea/coffee facility in the room. So modern and well presented. Staff are so helpful and listern to there guests I will be staying again. Thank you all at the Alexandre.
Me and friend went for a "3 corse Christmas meal" we were the only ones there, no Christmas music, no crackers or hats, no pigs and blankets no Yorkshire pudding is all the things missing to make it a Christmas meal. This was our only time to have Christmas meal together and it was spoilt the atmosphere was awful, playing rock music, food wasn't good nither. Tasted more like chicken than turky chicken pudding was "micawave pud" and no brandy in the custard. We spent just short of £60 that's not including the £5each refund we was given Bring back rob the chief <3
Just been for a few days the rooms was beautiful and clean towels bedding and everything was beautiful and clean thank you to Pauline hays the bars staff and the chef food was beautiful enjoyed all of it thank you one and all if anybody is going please go to that the food and the place is beautiful and clean
Both myself and my husband, spent a wonderful weekend, the room was very clean and modern, the food was excellent and homemade, the staff was very welcoming and friendly,we will definitely stay again

Situated approximately 200yds from the beach this is a town centre hotel with recently decorated chalet type accomodation to the rear. No breakfast but the hotel does have a restaurant that serves good quality reasonably priced evening meals. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Only drawback is the hotel does not have a carpark and roadside parking is limited to one hour between 9am-6pm, that said it's an ideal base if you are sightseeing along the East Yorkshire coast
Ordered mixed grill, fish and chips and steak pie. Mixed grill came out and we was advised "sorry we do jot have any ribs so pit you gammon on instead" wasn't best pleased as the food had all come out so accepted as it was. The gammon was grey and smelt terrible. Meal sent back to bar. Was offered a free starter or desert however asked for a refund, as the rest of the meal hadn't been touched, and it was honoured. Put me off visiting again.
Rooms in annex where large, clean and comfortable, only downside is they are ground floor and windows are straight out onto beer terrace.
