Excellent meeting with Akin Osman to look into buying an eNiro. Mr Osman was very helpful, but never pushy. He listened carefully to what I asked and gave intelligent, relevant answers and suggestions. His manner was friendly, but not familiar. A model sales manager.

We recently purchased our Kia Sorento from Ozzie at JCB. From the minute I spoke with Ozzie on the phone, he was so helpful and kind giving me all the details on the car and double-checking on specific queries I had. When we met him to view the car, he was happy to leave us be to inspect it at out leisure and talk amongst ourselves as a family. We never felt pressured or like we had a stereotypical "pushy salesperson" that was just after a sale, Ozzie was a breath of fresh air and it was so appreciated. Recommend JCB but in particular Ozzie

First time I have left a review but after buying  a used astra from jcb kia ebbsfleet . I have to tell you Ozzie Osman was brilliant from start to finish , very helpful  polite and friendly, he managed to do everything he promised in quick time with a smile 5 star service

Hi all I can only thank service staff fore outstanding kindness helpfulness I was asked by motability to liaise with above said to get one off there cars MOT and service everyone was so helpful motability sorting things out with JCB and Criss the member off staff who oversee all arrangements was outstanding Ive never dealt with car dealership service department which so helpful can not thank you all enough andy

This dealership is dishonest. Crookes. Be careful. Check your paperwork! Avoid buying a car from them if you can
